Ordering & RFQ

How do I place an order?+
Add products to your quote, go to Checkout, fill in your mobile number, and click "Place RFQ on WhatsApp". A pre-filled message will open in WhatsApp — just tap Send. Our team will follow up within 24 hours.
What is an RFQ?+
RFQ stands for Request for Quotation. Because we serve B2B bulk buyers with varying requirements, we confirm pricing, availability, and delivery before finalising an invoice. WhatsApp makes this fast and personal.
Is there a minimum order quantity?+
Yes. Each product has its own minimum order quantity (MOQ) shown on the product page and in your cart. The checkout prevents submission if any item is below its MOQ.
Can I order a mix of battery and solar products in one quote?+
Absolutely. Both stores share the same cart, so you can add lithium cells and solar street lights together and submit a single RFQ.
How long does it take to get a response after sending the RFQ?+
We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–6 PM IST). For urgent requirements, message us directly on WhatsApp.

Shipping & Delivery

Which shipping carriers do you use?+
We ship via Bluedart Air, Bluedart Road, Delhivery Road, Porter, and other transport partners. You select your preferred method at checkout. Self-pickup from our Maharashtra location is also available.
Do you ship across India?+
Yes, we ship pan-India. Delivery times and charges depend on your pin code and chosen shipping method. Exact freight will be confirmed in our quote reply.
Do you ship internationally?+
We handle international inquiries on a case-by-case basis. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your requirements and destination country for a custom quote.
How long does delivery take?+
Bluedart Air typically delivers within 1–3 business days. Road freight takes 3–7 business days depending on destination. Exact ETAs are confirmed when we process your order.
How is my order packaged?+
Lithium batteries are packed per IATA/DGCA transport regulations with appropriate hazmat labels. Solar products are packed in manufacturer cartons with protective foam. Fragile items are double-boxed.

Batteries & BMS

What types of lithium batteries do you carry?+
We stock LFP (LiFePO4), NMC, and NCA cells from leading manufacturers, available in cylindrical (18650, 21700, 32700) and prismatic formats. We also carry assembled battery packs.
Are the BMS units compatible with all battery chemistries?+
BMS compatibility depends on chemistry and voltage. Each BMS product page lists compatible cell types and configuration ranges. Contact us if you need help selecting the right BMS for your pack.
Do you provide custom battery pack assembly?+
Yes, we offer custom assembly for bulk orders. Share your specifications (voltage, capacity, form factor, discharge rate) via WhatsApp and we will provide a custom quote.
What is the shelf life of your lithium cells?+
Properly stored (cool, dry, 40–60% charge), quality lithium cells have a shelf life of 3–5 years. All cells we supply are from recent production batches.
Can I request cell test reports or specifications?+
Yes. Product data sheets are linked on product pages where available. For official test reports or custom specifications, contact us and we will obtain them from the manufacturer.

Solar Products

What solar products do you offer?+
Our solar store carries semi-integrated and all-in-one solar street lights, solar high-mast lights, solar flood lights, MNRE government-standard models, and GI poles (octagonal and tubular).
Are your solar street lights IP65 rated?+
Yes. All our solar street lights are rated IP65 or higher, making them suitable for outdoor use in rain, dust, and harsh environments.
Do you supply MNRE-approved models?+
Yes. We carry government-standard solar street light models that meet MNRE (Ministry of New and Renewable Energy) specifications, suitable for government tenders and subsidised schemes.
What battery technology is used in your solar lights?+
Our solar lights use LiFePO4 (LFP) batteries, which offer longer cycle life, better safety, and stable performance compared to lead-acid or standard lithium alternatives.
Can I get installation support for solar products?+
We provide product documentation and technical guidance. For on-site installation in Maharashtra, contact us to discuss availability. For other regions, we can recommend local partners.

Warranty & Returns

What is your warranty policy?+
Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer, and are specified on each product page. Most cells carry a 6–12 month manufacturer warranty. Solar lights typically carry a 1–2 year warranty on the light and battery.
What if I receive a defective or incorrect product?+
Report the issue within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund for defective or incorrectly shipped items. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Do you accept returns for correctly delivered products?+
We generally do not accept returns for correctly supplied products that match the order. For exceptions (wrong specification ordered), contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Can I cancel my order after placing the RFQ?+
You can cancel before we have processed and dispatched your order. Contact us on WhatsApp immediately. Cancellations after dispatch may incur freight charges.
How do I claim a warranty?+
Contact us on WhatsApp at +917083898947 or email info.glannu@gmail.com with your order reference, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We will guide you through the process.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, and cheques for B2B orders. Payment terms are confirmed in our quote reply based on order size and customer relationship.
Do you offer credit terms for regular buyers?+
Yes, we offer credit terms for established B2B customers after an initial cash-against-delivery period. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
Will I get a GST invoice?+
Yes. A proper GST tax invoice is issued for all orders. Provide your GSTIN at checkout for B2B invoicing.
Are prices inclusive of GST?+
Prices shown on the website are ex-tax. GST (typically 18% for batteries and electronics; 5–12% for solar) is applied based on applicable HSN codes and confirmed in your invoice.
Who do I contact if I have a billing dispute?+
Email us at info.glannu@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your RFQ number and the issue. We aim to resolve billing queries within 2 business days.
