1. Shipping Coverage
We ship across India. All orders are dispatched from our facility in Pune, Maharashtra. International shipping is currently not offered through the online store — for export enquiries please contact us directly.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery time depends on the destination:
- Metro cities and major towns: typically 0–4 business days after dispatch
- Remote or hard-to-reach locations: up to a maximum of 7 business days
Orders are dispatched after order confirmation and receipt of payment, normally on the same or next business day. Bulk or made-to-order items (such as custom battery packs) may require additional processing time, which will be communicated with your quotation.
3. Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted logistics partners. Available methods include:
- Self Pickup
- Bluedart Air
- Bluedart Road
- Delhivery Road
- Porter to Pay
- Transport to Pay
- Self courier
The most suitable method for your order size, weight, and destination will be recommended with your quotation. Lithium batteries are packed and transported in compliance with applicable safety regulations.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order and are confirmed along with your quotation before you pay. For certain methods (e.g. Porter to Pay, Transport to Pay) freight is payable directly to the carrier on delivery.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we share the consignment/tracking details with you on WhatsApp or email so you can follow your shipment until delivery.
6. Damaged Shipments
Please inspect the package on delivery. If the outer packaging appears damaged, note it with the courier and record an unboxing video. Report transit damage to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video and we will arrange a resolution as per our Return Policy.
