When you submit a quote request (RFQ), we collect:
- Mobile phone number (required to send the WhatsApp RFQ)
- Email address (optional, for order confirmation)
- GST number (optional, for B2B billing purposes)
- Delivery pin code (optional, for shipping estimates)
- Preferred shipping method
- Products and quantities you requested
We do not collect payment card details, bank account information, or passwords. We do not create user accounts.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To process and respond to your request for quotation (RFQ)
- To send you an order confirmation email (only if you provide an email address)
- To communicate with you about your order via WhatsApp
- To improve our product listings and service based on order patterns
We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. WhatsApp Integration
Our checkout process opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message containing your RFQ details. This message is sent directly from your own WhatsApp account to our business number. WhatsApp's own privacy policy governs how that message is transmitted and stored. We have no control over WhatsApp's data handling.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
This website uses your browser's localStorage (not cookies) to remember:
- Your quote (cart) — so items are not lost if you close the tab
- Recently viewed products — to show products you browsed
- Theme preference — light or dark mode
This data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's local storage.
6. Analytics
We may use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website (e.g., which pages are most visited, how users navigate). Google Analytics collects anonymised data and uses cookies. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
7. Third-Party Services
- Google Fonts — loads the Inter font from Google's CDN. Google may log your IP address.
- WhatsApp — used for RFQ communication. Subject to Meta's privacy policy.
- Vercel — our hosting provider. Vercel may log standard server access data (IP address, request headers).
8. Data Retention
RFQ records submitted through our system are retained for up to 12 months to enable us to follow up on pending quotes and manage order history. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time
