Return & Refund Policy

1. General Policy
All products sold by Glannu Store are non-returnable. Due to the nature of lithium cells, battery packs, BMS units, and related electronic components — where performance and safety depend on correct handling and storage — we do not accept returns for change of mind, ordering errors, or unused items. Please verify specifications, compatibility, and quantities with our team before confirming your order; we are happy to help you choose the right product.
2. Exception: Defective or Damaged Products
A return or replacement is accepted only when a product is received defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what was ordered. In such cases:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp or email, with clear photos and an unboxing video of the shipment.
- Keep the product unused and in its original packaging along with all accessories, labels, and invoice.
- Our team will verify the claim (we may ask for additional photos, videos, or simple checks such as voltage readings).
3. Resolution
For verified defects or transit damage we will, at our discretion:
- Replace the product with the same item, or
- Repair the product where feasible, or
- Issue a refund or credit note if a replacement is not available.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned product. Return shipping for verified defective items is arranged or reimbursed by us.
4. Warranty Claims
Many products (such as branded BMS units, chargers, and machines) carry a manufacturer warranty. Failures occurring after the initial 48-hour window are handled as warranty claims per the manufacturer's terms — we assist you with the claim process. Warranty is void in cases of physical damage, water damage, incorrect wiring or connection, over-current use, or unauthorized modification.
5. Non-Returnable Situations
- Change of mind or incorrect product ordered by the customer
- Products that have been used, installed, soldered, or modified
- Damage caused by mishandling, incorrect use, or improper storage
- Issues reported after the 48-hour reporting window (except valid warranty claims)
- Products without original packaging, accessories, or invoice
