6MM wire grommet white

6MM Wire Grommet White is a compact cable-routing grommet used to protect wires where they pass through a panel or enclosure, helping reduce edge contact and cable abrasion. Its white finish suits neat cable management in light-coloured electrical boxes, battery enclosures and control panels.

Body A 6mm wire grommet is used as a cable-entry and wire-protection accessory in battery-pack assembly, EV wiring, charger housings and energy-storage control boxes. It provides a cleaner pass-through point for small wires, sensor leads and low-voltage harnesses while reducing rubbing against sharp panel edges. Correct fit is important because a loose grommet can shift, while an undersized opening can pinch or damage the cable. Match the grommet carefully to the cable and mounting hole before installation.

How to choose

Match the cable diameter, panel-hole size, panel thickness, grommet profile and colour with the enclosure design. Also confirm the actual dimensions and required flexibility before purchase.

Applications

1. Battery-pack enclosure wire routing

2. EV wiring-harness pass-through points

3. Charger and inverter cabinet wiring

4. BMS sensing-wire routing

5. Control-panel cable protection

6. Small electrical enclosure cable entry

Safe Use Guide

Isolate the circuit before routing or repositioning wires. Check that the panel edge is free from burrs that could damage the cable or grommet. Do not force an oversized wire through a tight opening. Maintain correct polarity when reconnecting battery or DC wiring. Keep exposed conductors away from metal surfaces to reduce short-circuit risk.
