The DALY LFP BMS 24S 60A is a battery management and protection board for compatible 24-series LiFePO4 battery packs. A 24S LFP configuration uses twenty-four 3.2V nominal cell groups in series, creating a 76.8V nominal battery class before charge-state variation is considered. The 60A designation identifies the current class of this BMS, making it relevant for battery systems where the expected continuous load remains within the verified limits of the exact DALY model, wiring, connectors and cells.

The 60A rating must be treated as a BMS current rating, not as a guarantee that the entire battery can safely deliver 60A. Installation Guide

Complete the cell-tap wiring in the correct sequence before inserting the balance connector into the BMS. Measure each adjacent cell-group voltage and confirm that cumulative voltage rises correctly from B- to pack positive. Use conductors, lugs and fuses sized for the actual system current and route high-current cables away from balance leads. Mount the BMS where heat can dissipate without exposing it to conductive surfaces or mechanical damage. Perform first power-up with controlled loading and monitor cell voltages, BMS temperature and cable connections.
